Los Angeles Metro Navigation

A project made for DES 154 @ UC Davis

Objective: Redesign the Los Angeles Metropolitan Subway System’s Wayfinding to be more accessible.

The Los Angeles Metropolitan Subway System has been an ever evolving place of public transit for decades. Because of the age of the system, many aspects put in place years ago in terms of accessibility have started to become heavily outdated. In this project, I had the idea to try to create some sort of wayfinding, signage, or user experiences that could make the everyday transit of both deaf people and the general populace a more pleasant experience.
